1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

• Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

• Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend/public holidays will be processed starting the following business day (Monday).

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

All our delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday – Friday).

• Total Delivery Time: 8–15 Business Days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

4. Shipping Carriers

To ensure your package arrives safely and on time, we partner with trusted carriers including:

• USPS

• FedEx

• UPS
  The specific carrier is automatically selected based on the delivery destination and package size.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.

6. Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout. We want to ensure your package reaches you safely! 

7. Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at  help@miniluxebaby.com immediately. We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already entered the processing or shipping phase.

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

10. Prices, Taxes & Currency

All prices displayed on Miniluxe baby are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Applicable sales taxes, if required by law, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and payment details are accurate at the time of purchase.
